For those who live out of town and have property here, we have the service for you. For when you need someone local to meet with contractors or to be an emergency number for the police or fire department in an emergency this is the service for you. If you just want someone to check up on the property once a month or so and snap a few pictures or to take some measurements again we have a contract for you. Starting at the basic $50 a month contract service including the above listed $75 plus any emergency calls 24/7 .
During the winter months and after heavy storms an unattended property that could potentially have a broken window or a leaking roof should be attended too right away. This is where the contract service comes in handy. All contracted properties are checked after all major storms.
